Apprenticeship Scheme

Over a number of years Roscom has cultivated and developed a partnership with the University of Derby and we are delighted to be working closely with them to endorse their Apprenticeship scheme.

Our partnership, which dates back to 2001, provides a placement within Roscom for an undergraduate student to undertake work based training at Roscom HQ and allows Roscom to gain exposure to a wealth of talented postgraduate students. The University of Derby promotes Roscom as an excellent employer and provides us with a route to identify and harness talented graduates with specialist skills & expertise and a familiarity with and thirst for the latest cutting edge technology. In return we provide support to the University and to students who are about to join the market place. We offer training sessions and advice explaining exactly what employers are looking for in applicants and how best to craft CVs and covering letters. This excellent partnership allows us to find exciting new talent to expand our ever growing work force.
