We were here, at our Headquarters in Derby, UK when the telecoms market began to expand in the 1980's through market liberalisation and the creation of mobile phone networks. Our engineers were using their pioneering expertise to design and build equipment to test telecommunication networks, and as technology evolved and greater regulations were applied to the newly liberated market, Roscom broke new ground developing solutions to tackle these increasingly difficult challenges.
Our record of industry "firsts" speaks for itself: the first in analogue network testing for Oftel; first in creating and defining digital network QoS testing; first to offer an independent drive testing service based on proprietary technology; first to create the solution for consumer protection regulatory compliance; first in test calls and events generation focused for Revenue Assurance; first to create an international benchmark for revenue leakage; first to generate and deliver a strategy and methodology for Profit & Loss Assurance from Revenue Assurance; first to have their methodology described by a client as "so simple it's brilliant".
