 In today’s ever changing environment Roscom are providing their customers with more flexibility to address their needs. Short term services can provide operators with quick wins without having to make major investments. A short term service can provide assurance in very specific areas of risk that operators may have identified without having to break the bank to pay for it.


What is a STS?

 A Short Term Service is just that....Roscom can rapidly deploy callsenders to any geographical location, make test calls and our experienced Product Capability Team provide you with the results. Live testing can be from 1 month to 6 months and the testing can be anything from an initial switch business rules validation to more specific proactive projects such as Byte Count Verification or Rounding Rule Validation.


 We rent the hardware, software and licences to you required for the project, our team prepares  the scope of work with you and then we deploy the callsenders. During the live testing phase our analysts provide daily feedback and weekly reports with a final report at the end of the project.
