This role is all about software development for new features. It involves writing baseline software to integrate new technology, performance testing of software and hardware, creation of technical documentation, ensuring code is written in the correct fashion and is documented, commented and reviewed.
  • Requires knowledge of C, C++, SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting 
  • Requires excellent problem solving skills 
  • Requires attention to detail, especially in relation to the complexities of software and hardware

This role involves providing support for all users and equipment within Roscom’s computing environment. You will be required to install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all PC / network hardware and equipment, troubleshooting problem areas and provide assistance where required.

  • Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of computer, physical & virtual server issues (hardware, OS, application, database etc)
  • Installations (hard disks, network cards, hard drives, RAM, CD ROMs etc)
