Revenue Assurance, Fraud Reduction and Cost Management in Telecoms, 11 & 12 May 2010

We were delighted to attend the RA, Fraud Reduction & Cost Management conference in London at the Hilton Hotel Canary Wharf.

Mr Juan Prieto from Roscom gave a joint presentation on "Establishing proactive Network, Revenue & Cost Assurance KPIs as part of your risk management strategy" with Iain Cottingham and Jane Thompson from France Telecom / Orange. They specifically looked at KPIs and how to effectively deliver them with a Test Event Generator tool.
