Our experienced team will work closely with you to design a service that best probes your tariffs and boundaries where risk is most likely to reside, and include whatever switch coverage and volume of calls that you require. Our analysts carry out test calls, looking at results on a daily basis and performing root cause analysis to assist with issue resolution. Our involvement depends on your requirements - weekly or monthly reports can be issued and regular reviews conducted through your Account Manager and the Managed Service team.
We also work with our customers to build test programmes for new risks associated with new services and deployments such as soft switch rollout, new offerings such as LTE and more proactive projects from within our established areas of value.
We have considerable experience of working with Group wide contracts having successfully deployed our solution across multiple entities.
