Why assure anything other than risk?

Roscom specialise in defining, measuring and quantifying the financial exposure to risks that Communication Service Providers (CSPs) face.  We have identified 6 key risk areas, spanning the entire telecommunications revenue and costs streams, in which we provide value to our customers, assuring that financial risks are comprehensively defined, measured and accounted for.

We have developed a unique subscriber activity based technology solution (often called TCG or Test Call Generation for Revenue Assurance) that ensures a truly independent, end to end test of real subscriber usage, from picking up a handset to receiving a final invoice.  A major differentiator of Roscom is that we define and explain the beginning and the end of the audit (end to end) and demonstrate exactly how we achieve our independence.

We have created a unique measurement model (RMM) and financial reporting suite to identify and quantify risks within the telecommunications business process.  Our outputs are derived from our model and are designed as both detailed reports for RA departments and management summaries for CxO consumption, in order to facilitate accounting accuracy and financial statement integrity.
