What is a PI?


  A product install puts the control in your hands. You can design your deployment with our assistance to best suit your needs. It is scalable so your system can grow with your network. First class training from our customer support team and on-going proactive sessions where we pass on best practice knowledge and work with your team to get as much out of your investment as possible mean that a product install might be the right option for you.


 We install the callsenders and server in your country and you have total control to be able to change your testing strategy whenever and however you like. It means that your team can build a core testing program but can build in ad-hoc testing as issues arise and deliver results.



Why Choose a PI?


 Product Install provides you with full control. You own the system, you can use it to do whatever you like but you are still supported by the Roscom team.


 When you choose a product installation you also sign up for an annual support contract (ASC)with Roscom. As part of the ASC we carry out regular “healthchecks” of your system and provide advice on your usage. Best practice clinics are provided on a regular basis to make sure that you are always getting value from your investment.


 The ASC entitles you to regular updates and advance replacements for any hardware issues that may occur which gives you the peace of mind that you can carry on assuring your risks not waiting for the system to be fixed.
