Benchmarking across Group entities

Roscom have performed a series of Short Term Services for a Group Operator with entities in 17 countries across Africa, The Middle East and Asia.  We have carried out testing for 8 of the entities which has given us good visibility of the performance of operations in different parts of the world, allowing us to benchmark one entity against another.

By performing a series of standard test scenarios that investigate integrity of services delivery, unbilled usage, incorrectly rated usage and incorrectly invoiced usage we have been able to provide an independent assessment of key risks across the group companies, giving visibility of controls and benchmarking the risks per business unit.
