Test Call Generators are a familiar term in Revenue Assurance departments.  We have been designing, developing and delivering our own unique and completely independent TCGs since the 1980's.

Our TCGs have a very unique approach to testing.  We are very precise about our definition of the term "end to end" which is unique in the industry.  We are specific about the timing of the beginning of an event and the completion of the billing process.

We are also very specific about the word "independent".  We can show you exactly why we consider our testing to be entirely independent, demonstrating independent timing; independent metering, xDR reconciliation, tariff entry, rating and billing.

Our solution is easily deployed - units can be set up locally or internationally and contacted remotely to be programmed and to retrieve results.

Our TCGs contain a combination of PSTN, 2.5G and 3G technology to place a wide variety of test calls (voice, SMS, MMS, WAP, HTTP and others).

They can hold anywhere between 1 and 16 SIMs and each callsender is both an originating and receiving device, placing multiple test calls simultaneously, including calls between their own phones.
