Roscom’s team of skilled analysts are passionate and inquisitive with exceptional analytical ability to interpret complex data sets to analyse data and produce reports on their findings, ensuring we exceed our customers’ expectations and service level agreements.
You’ll need to generate high quality, timely and accurate internal and external reports and documents and be happy to fully engage with our customers both face to face or on a conference call to truly understand their needs and become an integrated extension of our customers own Revenue Assurance teams. It would also help if you understand the telecoms industry and terminology but that isn’t essential as you will be given full and on-ongoing training and support from our in-house training team.
You will be an organised, dynamic self-starter able to work off your own initiative with excellent diagnostic skills. A positive approach and professional awareness are essential in any job but particularly when you are part of our team working with and supporting our customers.
